Requirements

  • Hold a BA/BS degree or have equivalent experience.
  • Bring 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media Operations.
  • Have a documented track record of driving bottom-of-funnel conversions, including sales or activations.
  • Have hands-on experience or deep oversight of performance media buying through Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Have experience designing and managing structured Learning Agendas, including A/B and incrementality testing.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and the ability to synthesize raw data into performance narratives.
  • Have experience managing complex forecasting and budget pacing for high-spend accounts.
  • Have experience working directly with media agencies, writing briefs, and holding teams accountable to KPIs and pacing.
  • Have experience in consumer electronics or high-volume e-commerce.
  • Have expert-level knowledge of full-stack media platforms.
  • Be familiar with analytics and data visualization tools for building automated performance dashboards.
  • Have experience managing media across multiple markets.
  • Have exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product strategies into actionable media briefs and coordinate campaign activation and operations with media agency teams.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel traffic and conversion forecasts.
  • Monitor investment pacing and identify optimization opportunities or anomalies, including GStore inventory and out-of-stock risks.
  • Own the Learning Agenda roadmap and coordinate A/B testing, experimentation, and creative refreshes with agency partners.
  • Document test results and integrate learnings into the overarching strategy.
  • Consolidate performance data and communicate traffic and sales performance through reporting and recommendations.
  • Establish a Direct Response reporting cadence for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Define implementation methods and timelines and coordinate product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Ensure digital marketing activities comply with internal policies, privacy regulations, and brand safety guidelines.
