Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Bring 10+ years of experience managing Forbes Top 100 and global accounts.
- Demonstrate a track record of leading strategic client relationships and driving business transformation.
- Have strong expertise in supply chain management, including processes, systems, and industry best practices.
- Have experience working with SaaS solutions to drive business outcomes and optimize supply chain operations.
- Have experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and Gainsight to manage customer relationships, account health, and opportunities.
- Demonstrate success orchestrating cross-functional teams and multi-region enterprise strategies that deliver retention and growth.
- Be able to identify and qualify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Renewals.
- Be able to influence executive stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Be able to travel up to 20% to global client sites, subsidiaries, and industry events.
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with key global stakeholders and understand their organizational structures, strategic goals, and supply chains.
- Develop and implement a governance model for global enterprise accounts.
- Lead cross-functional teams from Product Management, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and integration partners.
- Partner with Sales and Renewals to create joint account plans and identify, qualify, and convert expansion opportunities.
- Drive adoption, retention readiness, and expansion triggers to influence Net Revenue Retention.
- Track and manage licenses, users, and scenarios to enhance account value.
- Act as the primary liaison with customer executive leadership and explain how Kinaxis solutions address business challenges.
- Negotiate roadmap alignment with customers and advocate for innovations that meet strategic business goals.
- Champion change management and track customer-specific KPIs and business impact metrics.
- Manage escalations with internal teams to develop rapid-response strategies.
