Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of B2B software sales experience.
  • Have 4+ years of people-management experience; experience managing managers is strongly preferred.
  • Bring a proven track record leading multiple sales or pipeline-generation teams, ideally across regions.
  • Show a history of exceeding new-business quotas at team and organization level and coaching managers to do the same.
  • Have experience building and scaling outbound and top-of-funnel motions alongside direct new-logo sales execution.
  • Have experience operating across regions; EMEA and AMER experience is ideal, and APJ experience is a bonus.
  • Have experience selling to small and medium businesses.
  • Have experience using CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Clari, or Marketo.
  • Be able to coach managers on team leadership, technical sales, and value-based selling.
  • Bring executive-level presentation, written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Be able to use GitLab and travel if needed in accordance with the company's travel policy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end new-logo strategy across EMEA, AMER, and BDR/SDR pipeline-generation functions.
  • Lead and develop four manager-level direct reports and their teams.
  • Build and iterate the outbound and top-of-funnel playbook from pipeline generation through regional deal execution.
  • Set a unified quota, territory, and coverage strategy across EMEA and AMER new-logo teams.
  • Partner with senior sales, marketing, and RevOps leadership to align new-business strategy with corporate revenue goals.
  • Drive cross-regional forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue reporting.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish and report team- and organization-level metrics, addressing performance gaps.
  • Recruit and hire manager-level talent and build a pipeline of future leaders.
