Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience designing and building products in a software engineering team.
- Have proven experience leading the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of highly scalable, distributed software systems.
- Have proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning-powered products.
- Have experience mentoring and supporting engineers and modeling engineering practices in a technical lead capacity.
- Have experience owning product and feature design, development, and delivery end to end for large-scale, long-running projects.
- Hold a B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Customer-facing web and mobile workflow application experience is an ideal qualification.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the telematics data platform and recommend solutions that influence the roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on design decisions and downstream product implications.
- Ship customer-value features and refine them based on feedback.
- Deliver full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and mobile tiers.
- Maintain the production systems owned by the team and provide operational support.
- Contribute to core architecture, roadmap, and the wider engineering community.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team.
