Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and building products in a software engineering team.
- Proven experience leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of highly scalable, distributed software systems.
- Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning-powered products.
- Experience mentoring and supporting engineers and role modeling engineering practices in a technical lead capacity.
- Experience taking end-to-end ownership of product and feature designs, development, and delivery of large-scale projects.
- Proactive growth mindset and commitment to improving existing processes.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the telematics data platform and influence the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on design decisions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Ship full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and mobile tiers.
- Maintain production systems and provide ongoing operational support for owned services.
- Champion and embed cultural principles while scaling globally.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive and high-performing engineering team.
