- Experience shipping features used by customers and iterating based on feedback.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to explain technical decisions and openness to suggestions from others.
- Growth mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and operate with minimum supervision.
- Comfort building out end-to-end solutions as a full-stack engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems and own the end-to-end success of full-stack product solutions.
- Architect, build, test, and deliver software across the stack.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and support teams.
- Build and maintain systems for reporting, enterprise administration, and developer/agent platform integrations.
- Own the operational health of production systems and provide necessary support.
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales.
