Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and building products in a software engineering team.
- Proven experience leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of highly scalable, distributed software systems.
- Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning-powered products.
- Experience mentoring and supporting engineers and role modeling engineering practices.
- Experience taking end-to-end ownership of product and feature delivery for large-scale projects.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions to identify platform gaps and influence roadmap direction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to make design decisions and ensure seamless customer experience.
