Requirements
- Have experience working with customers; experience through student clubs or side projects is acceptable.
- Be interested in working closely with customers in a technical capacity.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python.
- Have strong software development knowledge, including a deep understanding of software development and software architecture.
- Have experience or knowledge integrating APIs.
- Communicate complex technical knowledge clearly and summarize it effectively.
- Use logic to pursue optimal solutions.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Have a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver solutions.
- Collaborate daily with customer engineers and executive teams on the use of ElevenLabs technologies.
- Use coding and technical skills to solve complex problems for customers.
