Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, clients, vendors, and leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and reporting databases.

Responsibilities
- Review processor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training to address performance or quality gaps.
- Serve as a team leader and initial point of contact for employee escalations, questions, and operational issues.
- Monitor and communicate daily performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement with leadership.
- Respond to client, customer, and internal processing-related inquiries, and investigate escalations from other departments.
- Recommend improvements to operational procedures, workflows, and team performance.
- Participate in planning, strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors to support operational needs.
- Take ownership of assigned internal projects and provide additional operational support.
- Oversee the office and team during supervisor absences to maintain daily operations and service levels.
- Process events and inbound customer correspondence, including opening, scanning, and processing materials.
