Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, or a comparable commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience engaging executive-level stakeholders through outbound prospecting and business development.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating outreach and conducting discovery conversations.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities, including identifying stakeholders and business opportunities within target accounts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple prospects, campaigns, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Channel teams.
- Data-oriented mindset and willingness to use activity and engagement metrics to refine outreach.
- Experience in manufacturing software, industrial automation, MES, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar sales engagement tools is advantageous.
- Experience supporting ABM, trade shows, event prospecting, partner or channel marketing, customer expansion, or customer marketing is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate qualified pipeline.
- Research target accounts, identify stakeholders and buying committee members, and develop personalized outreach strategies.
- Build and manage prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and related sales technologies.
- Conduct discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and schedule relevant meetings for Account Executives.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, route opportunities, and follow up within established lead-management SLAs.
- Support ABM programs, trade shows, executive events, partner programs, and customer marketing initiatives.
- Provide Marketing with feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, prospect engagement, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, meeting notes, and opportunity updates; report on pipeline and outreach performance.
- Improve SDR playbooks, messaging, processes, and outreach strategies using prospect and campaign data.
