Requirements

  • Bring 10–15 years of experience in SaaS, technology, or another technology-driven environment.
  • Have at least 5 years in a senior strategy, growth, operations, or comparable leadership role.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate success leading cross-functional growth initiatives, such as partnership expansion, go-to-market programs, new business models, or market launches.
  • Show a proven ability to diversify revenue or scale initiatives from concept through market execution.
  • Have experience developing business cases incorporating market sizing, ROI analysis, financial modeling, and customer validation.
  • Bring strong financial acumen, including P&L understanding, forecasting, financial modeling, and commercial analysis.
  • Be able to create repeatable processes, scalable frameworks, and performance mechanisms.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative information to assess opportunities and develop measurable growth plans.
  • Bring a customer-centric approach and experience validating growth concepts through customer and market feedback.
  • Have strong executive-level presentation and stakeholder-alignment skills, including the ability to build relationships with senior executives across functions.
  • Experience with strategic partnerships, corporate development, innovation, or venture-building is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Grow existing partnerships by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and deepen mutual value.
  • Develop partnership tiers with differentiated benefits based on partner contribution and strategic importance.
  • Drive partner retention through mutual action plans, value realization monitoring, and proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on programs that increase partnership visibility, adoption, and revenue.
  • Develop and execute a marketplace strategy to improve the marketplace, expand its value proposition, and increase monetization.
  • Gather market and partner insights to identify opportunities for innovation, new partnerships, strategic investments, and potential acquisitions.
  • Build business cases covering market sizing, strategic rationale, financial modeling, ROI, and customer validation.
  • Lead growth initiatives from concept through execution, delivering on time, within budget, and against measurable commercial objectives.
  • Establish scalable frameworks, processes, and performance metrics to monitor and optimize partnership initiatives.
  • Advise senior leaders across business functions and facilitate alignment around growth priorities.
