Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of product management experience, including approximately 5–7 years leading and developing Product Managers.
- Demonstrate a record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Have experience in operationally or legally complex B2B or fintech environments; HR technology, Employer of Record, payroll, employment, or compliance experience is highly desirable.
- Use systems thinking and first-principles problem-solving to diagnose complex challenges before defining solutions.
- Have hands-on experience using AI to transform team workflows, product discovery, experimentation, or decision-making.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish business-unit-level product vision and strategy and build organizational buy-in as priorities evolve.
- Show people leadership skills, including coaching product managers, maintaining high performance standards, and addressing difficult issues constructively.
- Have experience leading through significant organizational or structural change and navigating ambiguity.
- Bring strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Be comfortable collaborating across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other senior functions.
- Have fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Have reliable home internet suitable for a fully remote working environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the EOR offering’s overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, connecting team priorities to measurable company and customer outcomes.
- Take accountability for end-to-end platform performance, including operational processes and downstream impacts beyond product features.
- Translate localized employment regulations into scalable, automated workflows that reduce reliance on manual operations.
- Prioritize investments across product capabilities, regulatory requirements, technical debt, and operational improvements across multiple teams.
- Lead and develop Product Managers and Group Product Managers toward problem ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to make trade-offs and align on product direction and execution.
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Finance to balance customer value, operational efficiency, business margins, and risk.
- Establish AI-first practices for product discovery, prototyping, experimentation, decision-making, and learning.
- Set business-unit direction, build stakeholder alignment, and lead through organizational and structural change.
