Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a data analytics-related role, such as business intelligence, corporate strategy, consulting, or data science.
  • Have strong experience analyzing and visualizing large datasets.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Have proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Be able to aggregate and synthesize complex data and understand fulfillment metrics and operational systems at micro and macro levels.
  • Identify anomalies, investigate trends, develop hypotheses, and draw nuanced conclusions from data.
  • Have proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides and communicate findings through clear, logical narratives.
  • Demonstrate ownership and independence in proposing ideas and driving improvements.
  • Consumer marketplace or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouses, GitHub, Jira, and visualization platforms such as Mode or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams on scalable solutions is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI-powered analytics tools, including data validation and reproducibility approaches, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor retailer performance across fulfillment quality dimensions and develop dashboards and processes to support issue diagnosis and retailer launches.
  • Analyze fluctuations, anomalies, and outliers in retailer quality metrics to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Design and execute analytical plans using large datasets to identify, understand, and reduce fulfillment quality issues.
  • Support analytics requests, ad hoc retailer analyses, launch impact assessments, and retailer escalations.
  • Help size initiatives for product and analytics roadmaps.
  • Present analytical findings through presentations and insights decks for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, and other teams to turn data-driven recommendations into scalable process and product improvements.
  • Establish proactive monitoring approaches to address emerging quality issues.
