Requirements
- Have 1+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
- Have 1+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into relevant insights.
- Demonstrate a structured and systematic approach to analysis.
- Have experience communicating updates and resolutions about business reporting impact and requirements to customers and partners.
- Have worked on at least 2 reporting projects involving communication between technical and non-technical users.
- Have SQL experience filtering and aggregating data and building CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests.
- Be proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, including VLookup, nested IF statements, and connected Sheets.
- Have 1+ years of experience in healthcare, finance, or the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to support business teams in making data-driven decisions.
- Present findings clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of operational and analytical dashboards, updating them as user needs evolve.
- Create models and tools to identify inefficiencies and generate insights for addressing them.
- Collaborate across the organization to identify improvement actions and monitor initiative impact.
- Support other strategic projects as assigned.
