Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, analytics, or data-focused role.
- Use strong SQL skills to explore data, validate metrics, and support rigorous, audit-ready outputs.
- Define metrics clearly and maintain consistency through documentation and governance.
- Bring a systems-oriented mindset and a track record of improving or automating repeatable processes.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for internal and external audiences.
- Dashboard-building experience with BI tools such as Looker or similar is beneficial.
- Experience supporting client-facing analytics or value reporting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools, such as dbt, data modeling concepts, or version-controlled analytics workflows, is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Execute recurring and ad hoc analyses for client reporting, performance guarantees, dashboards, and commercial priorities.
- Apply Virta’s value model and measurement frameworks to calculate, validate, and communicate client outcomes.
- Build dashboards and analyses that surface trends, answer business questions, and inform client and commercial decisions.
- Translate complex stakeholder questions into analytical approaches, insights, and client-ready narratives.
- Strengthen metric definitions, documentation, data quality, and repeatable workflows.
- Use automation and AI to improve the speed and reliability of analytics workflows.
- Manage commercial analytics workflows from question definition through final delivery.
