Requirements
- Hold a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Have 3+ years developing systems/software for large business environment platforms on Java.
- Have experience implementing complex distributed systems.
- Have experience building robust, highly scalable, and performant SaaS applications.
- Have experience with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, and Kinesis.
- Have experience designing SQL databases, such as Oracle or MySQL.
- Have experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
- Have experience with build tools such as Gradle and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Have experience using Gen AI technologies to accelerate software engineering, including designing prompts, rigorously evaluating outputs, and integrating LLMs.
- Demonstrate teamwork and communication skills and the ability to work across feature teams and with product managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions for subscription and monetization workflows.
- Improve upgrade and downgrade experiences for new BILL customers.
- Work on pricing and product packaging initiatives.
- Build systems that support customer experiences, feature engagement, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, feature teams, and product managers.
- Use Gen AI technologies to accelerate software engineering by designing prompts, evaluating outputs, and integrating LLMs.
