Job Details

Have solid professional experience as a software engineer building and successfully shipping customer-facing product features.
Have hands-on experience developing AI products within the last 12 months, particularly involving LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered features.
Have practical experience with at least one of chatbots or conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or LLM evaluation pipelines.
Have strong programming skills in at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Python.
Bring a product mindset focused on useful end-user experiences rather than model development alone.
Be comfortable taking ownership across multiple parts of the delivery and product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Have professional working proficiency in English.

Build and ship end-to-end AI product features, including conversational AI experiences, intelligent agents, and automated routines.
Design, implement, and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt strategies.
Develop and maintain LLM evaluation pipelines to measure output quality, identify regressions, and improve AI-powered experiences.
Establish monitoring and observability for prompts, models, usage patterns, and system performance.
Support the transition of machine learning models into production and implement monitoring and continuous feedback loops.
Collaborate with Product and Design to identify customer problems that AI and machine learning can solve.
Take ownership of technical decisions across the delivery lifecycle and help strengthen engineering practices.
Work collaboratively in a small squad, sharing knowledge and contributing to experimentation and continuous improvement.
