Requirements
- Have 2+ years of Sales Development, lead generation, or sales experience in B2B environments, especially in the software industry.
- Speak and write English at a professional level.
- Have strong cold-calling and personalized email creation experience.
- Have experience with Mid-Market outbound sales for companies with 100–999 employees.
- Have experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement tools such as Gong Engage and Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gen AI tools, and 6sense.
- Be self-motivated and self-organized, with the ability to work without supervision or tight control.
- CPaaS, telecommunications, or multi-product suite experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting and contact potential clients through phone or video calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring or messaging, using LinkedIn Navigator and other sales tools.
- Qualify customers based on knowledge of Vonage API platform products.
- Keep detailed notes updated in the CRM system.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Managers.
- Collaborate with marketing, Account Managers, and sales leadership to optimize performance.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a territory plan with Account Managers for the assigned geography.
- Support Vonage API marketing efforts by assisting with online and other marketing campaigns.
