Requirements
- Have experience in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations, preferably in e-commerce.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Have experience managing Amazon Marketplace inventory, including knowledge of FBA and related processes.
- Bring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Be proficient in Google Spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and demand planning software.
- Experience with international suppliers, especially from China, is a plus.
- Experience with Inventory Planner is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze historical sales data, product trends, and market insights to forecast demand across the product catalog.
- Calculate and manage inventory levels to maintain product availability while minimizing excess stock and costs.
- Generate replenishment purchase orders based on forecasts and stock levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers to support timely deliveries.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels across the catalog to reduce overstock and maintain required quantities.
- Report on demand forecasts, stock status, and key performance indicators.
- Use analytics to recommend inventory adjustments and supply chain improvements.
- Coordinate with brand managers, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to align forecasts with marketing, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Oversee Amazon inventory, fulfillment coordination, and stock alignment with marketplace demand.
