Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant Facilities Management, operations, or related experience.
- Experience leading large, multi-site, multi-state, regional, or national operations.
- Experience managing complex Facilities Management operations across multiple locations or client accounts.
- Strong executive presence, client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in business growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and talent development.
- Experience building high-performing teams and leading organizational change.
- Experience leading a significant regional or national multi-location portfolio; experience limited to a single facility or single client account does not meet the primary scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead nationwide multi-site and multi-state Facilities Management operations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans supporting growth, client satisfaction, retention, and financial performance.
- Build relationships with clients, executives, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, develop, and engage teams, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Drive operational improvement, transformation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Use operational metrics, dashboards, and data to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Identify solutions that create measurable value for clients.
- Collaborate with regional and business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
