Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, including complex data integration projects.
- Have strong experience with modern data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar.
- Bring expertise in API-based data ingestion and developing custom data connectors.
- Be proficient with contemporary data pipeline tools and orchestration frameworks.
- Have experience with healthcare data or health-tech platforms.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and drive major projects to completion.
- Experience designing multi-tenant or multi-source ingestion frameworks is preferred.
- A background in unified or generalized data modeling is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices for data platforms and pipelines is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data ingestion frameworks for multiple EHR and clinical systems.
- Build reusable connectors, integration patterns, and reliable ETL or ELT pipelines.
- Architect and maintain a unified, flexible data warehouse schema for diverse and evolving data sources.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and error handling across data workflows.
- Own projects end-to-end, including technical design, implementation, documentation, and delivery.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Select appropriate technology stacks and design solutions for complex healthcare data challenges.
