Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills, able to write and optimize complex queries independently.
- Power BI proficiency, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch.
- Self-directed problem solver able to scope ambiguous business questions and deliver actionable insights with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Experience presenting findings to US-based leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience working across time zones with US teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance.
- Own and enhance key tools including carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines.
- Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on key KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend.
- Provide fast, ad hoc decision support with clear focus on business drivers and actionable insights (24-hour SLA).
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support automation efforts while contributing to scalable, high-impact analytics solutions.
