Requirements
- Bring extensive, hands-on data engineering experience, including ETL/ELT, managing APIs, extracting data from CRMs, and cleaning unstructured data.
- Have a proven track record in systems architecture, particularly designing isolated, multi-tenant databases with strict security and governance protocols.
- Have production-level experience building and deploying LLM applications, such as Claude, OpenAI, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.
- Have a deep understanding of data privacy laws, PII minimization, and auditable data practices.
- Be able to move between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on coding on a daily basis.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Asana ecosystems is a nice-to-have.
- Prior exposure to marketing technology, Google and Meta ad network APIs, or sales CRMs is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with human-in-the-loop approval interfaces and user experiences for AI outputs is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy a secure, multi-tenant intelligence architecture from scratch.
- Own foundational data pipelines through final LLM integrations.
- Review design documentation, identify technical blind spots, and shape the long-term technology roadmap.
- Connect client CRMs, ad platform APIs, web analytics, and manual spreadsheets.
- Transform unstructured information into clean, usable data models.
- Normalize inputs before applying advanced AI workflows.
- Build production-ready workflows using Anthropic Claude within Microsoft 365 and Asana.
- Develop processes requiring human approval for AI-generated outputs before they reach clients.
- Engineer strict access controls, maintain read-only system access, and minimize personally identifiable information.
- Ensure data governance, auditability, and traceability.
