Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional experience.
- Have strong knowledge or working experience with e-discovery tools, especially Relativity.
- Know Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Pay strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
- Use critical thinking and retain complex work direction.
- Have high technical aptitude or the ability to learn quickly.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team and occasionally coordinate with Engineering, Application, IT, and Project Management teams.
- Extract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms using custom plugins or flat files.
- Provide technical assistance to customers by telephone, email, and screen-shares.
- Create accounts and send invitations to end users, and provide platform walkthroughs when requested.
- Create databases and establish customer permissions before providing credentials.
- Investigate client inquiries about printing, search results and creation, and technical issues.
- Pick up tasks from the internal task system and adhere to internal service-level agreements.
- Attend team meetings and company town halls.
