Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant analytical discipline.
- Professional experience in demand planning, supply chain, business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
- Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, analytical models, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including manipulating, analyzing, and presenting complex datasets.
- Experience with Power BI or comparable business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
- Practical knowledge of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including translating complex information into business recommendations.
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills, including explaining analytical findings to audiences with different levels of technical expertise.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) Demand Planning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of S&OP, IBP, and Demand Review processes is an advantage.
- Experience with SQL and advanced data-querying techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add metrics is beneficial.
- Experience supporting OTC Scent & Taste and/or PWB business processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with MyBIS reporting environments, analytics solutions, and planning data structures is an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor demand-planning performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance-monitoring solutions.
- Analyze forecast deviations, planning gaps, and operational performance issues to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, product performance, and business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Support monthly Demand Review and business reviews with performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Partner with demand planners, commercial teams, finance, supply planning, IT, and external stakeholders on analytics and planning initiatives.
- Contribute to planning transformation programs, capability deployments, process improvements, testing, and business adoption.
- Document reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, governance standards, analytical processes, and data procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of planning analytics.
