Requirements
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrate experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery environments.
- Bring strong software implementation and business-analysis skills.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations, technical requirements, and clear specifications for development teams.
- Have experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and workflow analysis.
- Have experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing and obtaining client sign-off.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with clients, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis.
- Underwriting or relevant insurance business-process knowledge is valuable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
- Meet with clients to collect information and data for configuring and customizing solutions.
- Facilitate business-requirement sessions and recommend solutions based on client needs, priorities, and feasibility.
- Analyze clients' current processes and translate them into future processes within Irth products.
- Configure and customize software systems to meet client requirements.
- Demonstrate system functionality, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation.
- Coordinate project planning, status reporting, documentation, timelines, and budgets with Project Managers.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with clients and facilitate sign-off on new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to translate requirements into user stories, technical designs, and actionable deliverables.
- Manage client relationships and identify implementation risks before they affect project outcomes.
