Requirements
- Experience in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client service alongside the Risk Advisor and/or Executive Client Manager.
- Manage new business and renewal processes, review risk management surveys, and identify exposures to loss.
- Analyze underwriting data, including loss ratios and experience modification ratings.
- Develop marketing plans and submit new and renewal accounts to insurance carriers.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and commissions with carriers.
- Create and manage client- and carrier-facing documents, including Statements of Values and Schedules.
- Review contracts, leases, and Certificates of Insurance and advise clients on risk, compliance, and coverage.
- Collaborate with Risk Control on significant claims and risk control issues.
- Lead client meetings, deliver proposals, and conduct client training sessions.
- Oversee, direct, plan, and mentor the High Performance Team; identify and escalate matters that may give rise to an E&O claim.
