Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital operations.
- Hands-on Shopify experience.
- Experience with A/B testing, personalization, heatmapping, and site analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
- Experience managing third-party app integrations and vendor relationships, including tool evaluation, implementation, and ongoing partnerships.
- Ability to pull reports, identify trends, and translate data into recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Customer Experience, and broader Ecommerce teams.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- People management experience is preferred.
- Beauty or wellness industry experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify Flows and back-end product management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the site merchandising calendar for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage product ranking and presentation across the homepage, collection and category pages, and blogs.
- Analyze merchandising performance, search trends, and on-site engagement, and recommend site enhancements and A/B tests.
- Lead on-site content strategy and brief new site assets for launches, promotions, and evergreen campaigns.
- Configure cross-sell and upsell logic, optimize search results, and maintain navigation and filters.
- Partner with engineering to optimize site metadata and content for search visibility and organic traffic.
- Create discount codes, promotions, and product-level configurations in Shopify; manage product tagging and catalog structure.
- Own on-site inventory data and coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies and communicate updates.
- Partner with Customer Experience to triage and resolve site bugs, escalating issues to developers and external partners as needed.
- Manage third-party app vendors and integrations, and support A/B testing and site roadmaps with the Director of Ecommerce.
