Requirements
- Have 1–2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Bring experience in stakeholder management and partnering with hiring managers.
- Have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods.
- Be fluent in English and French.
- Experience in an in-house or agency setting is preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring experience is a strong plus.
- Experience recruiting across locations in North America and LATAM is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, focusing on North America and Latin America.
- Source, attract, and engage talent through platforms, networks, and creative outreach methods.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions.
- Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates and assess alignment with company culture.
- Maintain accurate records and data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency.
- Partner with hiring managers and build trusted relationships throughout recruitment.
- Negotiate offers and support a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.
