Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience delivering change management work, including change assessments, job or role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and leadership alignment.
  • Experience with change impact analysis, education, communications, training, user adoption, change measurement, and sustainment.
  • Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops.
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, business technology, or a functional domain.
  • Ability to work in technical environments, especially Salesforce product implementations.
  • Experience with change management tools, templates, techniques, or frameworks.
  • Strong technology background and working knowledge of Salesforce collaboration platforms such as Google Suite, Chatter, Quip, Smartsheet, or Slack preferred.
  • Salesforce organization and product knowledge preferred.
  • Experience in general management or software consulting preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, contact centers, Field Service, Salesforce CPQ, or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop change strategies for digital and organizational transformations and cloud-based technology implementations.
  • Champion change on customer projects across practices.
  • Collaborate with customers to determine approaches to user adoption.
  • Train customers on implemented solutions and organizational change.
  • Work with superusers to incorporate user perspectives into implementations.
  • Learn new Salesforce features and launches, and train and mentor the team as required.
  • Assess client culture, business strategies, and organizational change opportunities and challenges.
  • Lead change program strategy, design, execution, stakeholder engagement, readiness, leadership alignment, communications, and training.
  • Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and consulting partners.
  • Support practice growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening client relationships, infrastructure, and best practices.
