- Approximately 3+ years of experience in a planning, risk, PMO, or project management role on major construction projects.
- Client-facing transformation experience involving challenging process change and multiple stakeholders agreeing to a new way of working.
- Good understanding of large construction schedules, including how they are built and analyzed.
- Experience with P6.
- Demonstrable experience implementing strategic projects that significantly improve an important organizational outcome.
- Interest in and passion for using technology to improve the construction industry.
- Attention to detail; mention the word “crane” in the application form.
- Relationship-building skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Nice to have: experience at a software company or implementing software in a construction context.
- Nice to have: experience working with LLM applications.
Responsibilities
- Coach clients on how to maximize the value they get from nPlan.
- Build and maintain relationships within client organizations and understand their needs and pain points.
- Set up the product to bring maximum value to clients.
- Manage strategic projects to improve how nPlan products are embedded within client organizations.
- Guide clients in using advanced product features, including LLM-based features.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to drive engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Work with Product Managers and AI Engineers on prototyping.
- Contribute domain expertise to the LLM evaluation cycle to support reliable, accurate analyses.
- Potentially manage more junior client engineers.
