Requirements
- Have an associate or bachelor's degree.
- Bring intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be able to use a CRM or other databases.
- Adapt rapidly to changes and shifts in monthly sales priorities.
- Be eager to receive coaching and be driven toward success.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Train dealers to navigate the software effectively and maintain utilization.
- Identify upsell opportunities through ongoing customer engagement.
- Represent DealerCenter and support customer experience from onboarding through mature account stages.
- Use a CRM to manage the portfolio and identify sales opportunities.
