Job Details

Have 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience shipping software alongside a dedicated engineering team.
Talk with customers and turn their feedback into product insights and decisions, including for multiple user types.
Write clear product requirements that help the team align.
Partner closely with engineers on scope and sequencing decisions.
Manage a product backlog and track work in Jira.
Keep cross-company stakeholders informed and serve as a resource for product questions.
Be comfortable making progress in a fast-moving, globally distributed team while details are still taking shape.
Understand video game marketing, including user acquisition, community building, and influencer campaigns.
Understand creator platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Kick, including analytics, audience growth, and monetization tools.
Experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing is preferred.

Research the needs of game publishers running creator campaigns and creators participating in them; gather customer insights and follow creator economy and gaming trends.
Work with the Product Director to turn insights into priorities and coordinate a roadmap that balances publisher and creator needs.
Write clear, well-scoped product requirements documents for design and engineering.
Organize delivery in Jira and align design, engineering, and QA from kickoff through release.
Define and track metrics for how the product serves publishers and creators, and use them to guide future work.
Share project status, research, customer insights, and shipping updates with the product team, Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing.
