Have a strong technical background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Information Security, or a related domain.
Have a track record of building, scaling, and improving engineering teams, processes, and operational excellence.
Have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational priorities.
Understand modern cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation, observability, and security best practices.
Have experience improving reliability, availability, and security in production environments at scale.
Be able to align technical initiatives with company goals in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.
Have experience coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers and technical leaders.
Be fluent in English.

Lead the teams responsible for Platform Engineering, IT, and Information Security.
Set strategy and drive execution across infrastructure, developer tooling, internal IT, and security.
Build and support multidisciplinary teams, coaching and developing engineers and technical leaders.
Manage vendors, negotiate conditions, and track infrastructure and project costs.
Create transparent roadmaps that show the team's impact.
Improve the reliability, availability, and security of production environments.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to align technical initiatives with company goals.
Improve operational processes and efficiency across the company.
