Requirements
- Bring deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
- Have hands-on experience with instrumentation and telemetry data ingestion.
- Have experience with performance optimization.
- Understand modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
- Be able to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and proofs of concept.
- Explain observability concepts clearly to engineers and decision-makers.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Nice to have: experience with HubSpot.
- Nice to have: contributions to technical content, such as blog posts, conference talks, or open-source documentation.
- Nice to have: familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and community.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute proofs of concept that demonstrate Dash0's technical capabilities.
- Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as a technical solution.
- Provide guidance on observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design.
- Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept templates.
- Partner with Product Management and provide technical insights to inform roadmap and feature priorities.
