- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Take care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and upcoming renewal increases.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Assist policyholders who need changes to their policies.
- Learn the insurance products and determine which options fit each customer.
- Become familiar with the app to help customers navigate it.
- Solve problems that prevent customers from getting suitable coverage.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback to help improve the product.
