Requirements
- Prior customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Take care of customers and identify needs they may not have raised, such as coverage gaps, eligible discounts, or upcoming renewal increases.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Assist policyholders who need changes to their policies.
- Learn the insurance products available from a large panel of insurance companies and match them to customer needs.
- Learn the app and guide customers through it.
- Solve problems that prevent customers from getting appropriate coverage.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the product.
