Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies, as well as policyholders requesting changes.
- Help customers identify coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and upcoming renewal changes.
- Match customers with suitable options from the available panel of insurance companies.
- Learn the insurance products and app to help customers navigate them.
- Solve problems that prevent customers from getting the right coverage.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions with the team to help improve the product.
