Responsibilities
- Connect by phone with customers who began their search in the app.
- Build trust and engage with inbound shoppers.
- Explain insurance policy details in clear, accessible terms.
- Identify policy nuances, discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options.
- Listen to customer concerns and address hesitations with patience.
- Help customers finalize a policy that fits their needs and budget.
