Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service by identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal issues.
- Manage inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, and motorcycle policies.
- Assist current policyholders with policy modifications and service requests.
- Develop expert knowledge of insurance products and the Jerry app to guide customers effectively.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Process documentation related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and insurance policies.
- Contribute product improvement suggestions through a direct internal feedback loop.
