Requirements

- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Willingness to obtain P&C insurance license (company-paid).
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care by identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal changes for customers.
- Manage inbound calls from customers shopping for or maintaining auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Develop deep product knowledge across a large panel of insurance companies to advise customers on coverage.
- Resolve customer problems to remove barriers to obtaining the right coverage.
- Process service requests including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and policy document updates.
- Contribute to product improvements by relaying customer feedback to the team.
