Requirements

- Must be willing to obtain or hold a P&C insurance license (company will cover costs if not already held).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care by identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal issues.
- Manage inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, and motorcycle policies.
- Support existing policyholders with account changes and service requests.
- Master the product features and insurance panel to offer optimal coverage solutions.
- Execute administrative tasks including processing documents for vehicles, drivers, and lienholders.
- Collaborate on product improvements by sharing customer feedback and insights.
