Requirements

- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Obtain or hold a P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license (the company will pay for the license if not already held).
Responsibilities
- Take care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal issues.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Manage requests from policyholders requiring policy changes.
- Develop deep product knowledge to match customers with appropriate insurance providers.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and coverage.
- Process service requests, including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and policy document updates.
- Provide team feedback to iterate and improve the Jerry app.
