Responsibilities
- Take comprehensive care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal updates.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
- Develop deep expertise in insurance products and the Jerry app to provide expert navigation and recommendations.
- Execute problem-solving activities to remove barriers to securing appropriate coverage.
- Process service requests regarding vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.
- Provide actionable product feedback based on customer interactions to support ongoing service improvements.
