Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be an Ontario resident.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a RIBO insurance license (training and fees provided).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance preferred.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to present products confidently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home workspace.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional service to members and partners by phone and email.
- Explain and sell insurance products while identifying solutions for customer needs.
- Perform vehicle valuations and help members understand vehicle values.
- Underwrite and issue policies according to guidelines and stop-rule practices.
- Evaluate specialty and motorcycle vehicle risks and assess motor vehicle records.
- Prepare accurate documentation for policy servicing and sales transactions.
- Guide members through online tools and self-service options.
