Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Ability to reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
Educate customers to uncover savings or coverage gaps.
Translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices.
Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
Listen to customer hesitation with empathy and address concerns to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Share direct feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
