Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.

- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Full-time availability.
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Willingness to obtain P&C license within 2 weeks of starting.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
- Uncover savings or coverage gaps to educate customers and translate complex policy details into clear choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
- Listen to customer hesitation with empathy, addressing concerns directly to ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
- Share direct feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
