Requirements
- Prior experience in top-tier retail or service environments.

- Capable of working in a fast-paced and tech-focused environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to obtain a state insurance license (training and exam fees covered by the company).
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a 100% remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process.
- Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the best fit.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Close deals to help customers finalize new insurance policies.
- Complete insurance licensing training and pass the exam within the first two weeks.
