- Ability to obtain a P&C (Property and Casualty) license (training and costs provided by employer).
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver standout customer experiences by handling inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Educate customers on savings opportunities and coverage gaps, translating complex policy details into clear choices.
- Guide and bind tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Navigate customer hesitation with empathy, addressing concerns to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing direct feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
