Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative experiences to inbound insurance customers.
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Educate customers on coverage gaps and savings opportunities.
- Craft tailored policy packages from a panel of 55+ carrier partners.
- Navigate customer hesitation with empathy to ensure a smooth purchase.
- Share customer feedback with the product team to refine offerings.
